MeeW is a growing company that is constantly looking for new young talent for our Academy course.
We therefore regularly hold internship interviews with students from some of the best educational institutions, in order to make room for new inputs in the organization. Based on the held interviews and a smaller assigned onboarding task, the most qualified candidates are selected for an internal learning program with greatlearning outcomes.The candidates are assessed on their broad and technical skills, as well as their understanding of some of the latest methods, tools and technologies used in the IT industry.

Throughout the course, they have secured an in-depth understanding of either: agile system development, IT architecture, web development, app development, maintenance of IT systems or what it means to create quality-assured IT solutions. MeeW’s Young Developer program is an internal talent program which supports the Danish IT companies, precisely by adding sharp development skills to their technical team. The program was introduced with a focus on securing more competent developers for Denmark. The lack of talented and competent developers is only growing in Denmark. We therefore help large as well as small companies to add new talent to the company. The developers help you in your digital transformation, either through individual software development, or a team-based solution.

It’s possible for the developer to work under MeeW’s management and supervision at our office, or physically at your company for the first 6 months.

The process

screening

We receive 60-70 applicants every 6 months for our Academy program. Interviews are held with everyone. Applicants undergo tests to ensure the quality of their content.

Academy Program

The 10-15 top candidates are offered a place in our course. Here they receive training and guidance about real customer cases.

Employment

After completing the course, the best candidates are hired.

Training of Young Developers

The candidates then go through a 6-month course, where they are trained in:
